Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please read the information below before placing an order. These terms explain how delivery, collection and order handling work for online shop purchases from Dun A Ri Holistic & Beauty Therapies.
Delivery Options
We currently offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland and local collection by prior arrangement.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods, promotions or holidays, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your name, delivery address, Eircode, email address and telephone number are entered correctly when placing your order.
Dun A Ri Holistic & Beauty Therapies cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer. Where an order is returned because an incorrect address was provided, an additional delivery charge may apply before the order can be sent again.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the delivery provider and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, please contact us and include your name and order number so we can assist you.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution. Please do not dispose of the damaged item or its packaging until we have responded to your request.
Lost Parcels
If tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around the delivery location, with other members of your household, with neighbours, and any safe place that may have been used by the courier.
You should then contact us as soon as possible so that we can raise an enquiry with the delivery provider.
Delivery is only available within the Republic of Ireland. Collection is arranged directly with Gail after your order is placed.
